Alternatively, please call us on 0121 354 6544 during office hours. If nobody is available to take your call you can leave your name and telephone number on the voicemail and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Evening appointments are reserved for those at work and unable to attend the day time appointments.
What Happens Next?
It is difficult to predict the waiting time, however the receptionist will be able to give you up to date information.
When an appointment is available, the Booking Secretary will phone you to offer an appointment on a SPECIFIC day at a SPECIFIC time. That will then be your allocated day and time whilst you see your counsellor.
Location
