We are pleased to offer you counselling. In order to proceed we require your consent to both our Counselling Agreement and our Privacy Policy – you will find links to the Agreement & the Policy in the form below.

If you are a tax-payer we would also ask you to complete the following Gift Aid declaration to enable us to claim back the basic rate tax on your denotations for your counselling.
